Expotential 2010: The Art of Life Was Extraordinary!!
The art show highlighting artists with disabilities hosted by LIFE of Mississippi @ The Mississippi Craft Center on April 8, 2010 was an incredible success!! Artists around the state were on hand to talk about their artwork, share their techniques and help sell their artwork to help benefit LIFE of Mississippi. The funds raised at the event help LIFE of Mississippi purchase durable medical equipment, make home and vehicle modifications, and most importantly - empower those with disabilities to be as active as they want to be in their communities. The event was attended by many from around the state and everyone made the night - a night to remember. William Heard, Jerry Hymel, Claire Myers were some of the featured artists that night and their artwork is shown in the television coverage below. LIFE extends a special thanks to our partners who made the evening so successful, The MS Crafts Center, Fox 40 and Amacker, Inc. as well as those who donated toward the event, Foodie's, Basil's, Joe T Wine and Spirit's, Briarwood Package Store, Handicapable Vans and more.
