The Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC), in collaboration with Living Independence for Everyone, Inc., and MDRS, is responsible for developing and maintaining the State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL).  The SPIL outlines its plans for providing independent living services to individuals with disabilities in Mississippi. We are seeking your public comments.
